Hawks Prairie Rotary’s 5th PNW Mushroom Festival will be held once again at the Regional Athletic Complex in Lacey July 28th & 29th, 2012.
New to this years event will be a cooking demonstration from The Chef in the Hat Tierry Rautureau, and a Mushroom and Wine event Saturday July 28th.
We expect this year’s festival to be better than ever with lots of great food, music, speakers, cooking demos, and activities for the whole family!
